If you are interested in speaking at SGS D.C. 2006, please submit your proposal using the online form by Monday, June 5, 2006.

Q: When will I find out whether my proposal was accepted?
A: If you have submitted a proposal, you will be notified to the status of your submission by mid-July 2006.  If you do not hear from us, please contact Evelyn Donis.

Q: How much does it cost for admission?
A: There is a single pass for SGS D.C. that give access to all the sessions, lectures, keynotes and panels. The Early Discount price (registered on or before Octobe 1, 2006) is $595.00. The Regular price (registered on or after Octobe 1, 2006) is $795.00.

Q:I registered for SGS D.C. online. How do I get a receipt and confirmation?
A: If you registered and paid on-line, the final page of the registration process is your receipt and confirmation. Please make certain to make a copy of your receipt for expense purposes as well as any follow-up with the Serious Games Summit Registration Department. If you printed an order form and submitted it with your check payment, we will mail you a confirmation and receipt, once your registration is received and processed.

Online registration without payment does NOT secure the early registration discount. Registrations completed (paid) and checks received ON or AFTER the October 1, 2006 early discount offer has expired must be paid at the full, undiscounted pass price.

Purchase Orders:

Purchase Orders (PO's) will be accepted for the Serious Games Summit only, however, we can only process PO's from government agencies, all others will be returned as unprocessed. To submit a PO , simply register online at www.seriousgamessummit.com and select the "check" option on Step 4. Print out your invoice and attach it to your completed PO . Mail your PO and invoice to:

Although we will accept a PO , it must be paid in advance of the event; otherwise, we require a credit card imprint, or guarantee, at the event.

Q:When do I receive my badge?
A: Badges will be mailed to all attendees who are confirmed as registered by October 6, 2006. Badges for those who pre-register after this date must be collected on-site.

Q: Is a Group Rate available?
A:
Yes! To take advantage of our 10% group discount, your group must consist of four (4) or more delegates from the same company, and they must be registered at the same time. Additional registrations from the same company added at a later date will not be entitled to the group discount unless they are submitted under the same terms & conditions described herewith.

Terms and conditions: The group discount of 10% is only valid off the current price, including early discount registrations for a conference pass. Additional discounts, such as Exhibitor, or other special discounts are not combinable with the group discount.

To register your group, please download a registration form (which will be available after June 1, 2006) at www.seriousgamessummit.com and complete a form for each registrant. Fax your completed registration forms to 415/947-6020, along with credit card payment. We will then email you a receipt and confirmation.

Q: I registered and now need to make changes to my registration. How can I do this?
A:Cancellations and Substitutions
If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $150.00 non refundable service charge until Monday, October 2, 2006. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, we cannot accept cancelation requests after October 2, 2006. If you are unable to attend, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place.

A: The registration portion of this site serves encrypted pages, and will not display on browsers with security settings set too low. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced, scroll to the bottom of the list, and make sure SSL 2.0 or 3.0 is enabled.
